When you save a design, save body details, or place an order, those details are sent to Wuyue so your tailor can prepare your suit. We collect your height, weight, age, body measurements and any notes you choose to add. This version does not collect reference photos.

Your saved references

Keep your design and private body profile references to reopen your details on another device. Anyone with your body profile reference can load those details, so share it only with people you trust. Your body details are loaded only when you enter that reference.

Your browser may keep a design draft and a list of saved design references. A design carried to checkout stays in this browser tab. Confirmed body details stay on the current checkout page until you save them or place an order; they are not stored in browser storage. Clearing browser data removes the local design list and draft; it does not delete records saved with Wuyue. Contact Wuyue if you need help correcting or removing saved information.

Orders and store notifications

Submitting an order saves your delivery and contact information, notes, and the references to your design and body details. Wuyue receives a Feishu notification with your name, contact information, destination country, references and order summary. The notification does not include your complete delivery address or body measurement values.

Continuing on WhatsApp

The optional WhatsApp link prepares a message with your order, design and body profile references and the reference total. It does not include your measurement values or full delivery address. You decide whether to send the message.

Approximate measurements

Height, weight and age can help fill in approximate measurements. Review and complete every number before confirming. Your saved body details contain only the final numbers and your notes. Wuyue confirms the tailoring details and final quote before production.
