Shipping and taxes

The minimum order is $299 in items. Orders below this amount cannot be submitted. Shipping is included for eligible orders. The minimum applies to the combined items subtotal, including quantities and matching shirts. Taxes, including import duties, are included in your final agreed order amount. You only pay the agreed order amount. Your tailor confirms the final total before sending your PayPal invoice.

After payment and confirmation of your tailoring details, making your suit normally takes about 2 weeks. Courier delivery usually takes about 1 week after dispatch. These are estimates; if you need your suit for a wedding or another fixed date, speak with us before paying.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before we start cutting your fabric. To change your fabric, style or measurements, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm any change to the price or delivery estimate with you before proceeding.

Once cutting has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. Contact your tailor so we can review the stage of production and discuss the available options.

Help with local alterations

If your suit needs a fit adjustment, contact us before having it altered locally. Share your order reference, details of the fit and a quote from your local tailor. We will review the proposed work and agree our contribution with you in advance. Keep your receipt so we can reimburse the agreed costs after the alteration.

Free lifetime alterations in Shanghai

Bring your Wuyue garments to our Shanghai shop for free lifetime fit adjustments, within what the original fabric, seam allowance and garment construction allow. This service does not include replacing the fabric, changing the overall design or making a new garment.

If you would like to send a garment to Shanghai instead of visiting, contact us first. Shipping arrangements and costs must be agreed separately before you send it.

If we have made a mistake

If we confirm a mistake in the making of your garment, we will take responsibility for putting it right, including the necessary shipping costs. We will agree a suitable solution with you, such as an alteration, remake or refund, depending on the issue.
